Which account sends notifications?
The responsible account shown in Status. A collaborator can explicitly choose to take over sending with their own account.
Why did an email not arrive?
Check that notifications are active, the address is correct, delivery logs, spam and both quotas. Review uncertain deliveries before resending.
How do respondents get a copy?
Enable the copy and choose Google Forms collected email or a question with one valid address. Use unique question titles.
How is Pro activated?
Purchase with your Google account email and refresh the plan. Opening or abandoning checkout does not activate Pro.
How do I cancel or request data assistance?
Use your Paddle subscription link or email support. For privacy requests, state the action without sending sensitive form responses.
