Operator and contact

FormAlert is developed by Kevin Gabriel Uzcategui Cegarra. Contact kevinuzcategui24@gmail.com for privacy, access or deletion requests.

Data and purposes

The add-on reads the title, questions and responses of the form where it is enabled. It processes recipient addresses, the respondent email when configured, response time and response edit links to provide the notifications and summaries you request.

Storage and retention

Settings, an optional webhook, counters, up to 40 recent log entries and up to 20 pending emails are stored using Google Apps Script. Pending messages may contain response content. Logs rotate at their limit; queued messages remain until delivery, cancellation or review. Verified license cache lasts up to five minutes.

Sharing

Google runs the add-on and delivers email. Notifications go to the recipients selected by the form editor. Optional Chat delivery sends notification content to the configured space. Paddle receives your Google account email and information needed for subscription billing. Form response content is not sent to Paddle.

Payments

Paddle processes payments and retains its own billing records under its policies. FormAlert does not receive complete card numbers or security codes. We do not operate a separate server storing form responses.

Controls and deletion

You can pause notifications and clear the recent log in the add-on. Pausing or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or delete delivered email. Contact support for access, correction or help deleting remaining data. Do not include passwords, card data or sensitive responses in a request.

Limited use and security

We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising or train AI models with it. Human access is limited to information you voluntarily provide for support, security needs or applicable obligations. Access relies on your Google authorization and external requests use HTTPS.

This website

We do not add advertising analytics or forms collecting Google Forms responses. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. External Google and Paddle links follow their own policies.
