Service

FormAlert adds notifications to Google Forms. A Google account, required authorization and form editing access are necessary. The person configuring notifications is responsible for recipients, content and collaborator permissions.

Plans and billing

Free allows 20 recipients daily per user. Pro is planned at USD 29 per user per year with annual renewal. Paddle displays the applicable price, tax, total and renewal terms before purchase. Browsing this site does not create a charge. The final offer must be available at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel your subscription through the management link in Paddle emails or contact support. Uninstalling or pausing does not cancel billing. Request refund review through support or the channel in your receipt. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Delivery limits

Google and other provider quotas and availability apply. MailApp acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement. Retries and queues are bounded and uncertain delivery may need review. We do not offer exactly-once delivery or an emergency notification service.

Acceptable use

Do not use FormAlert for spam, unauthorized access or unlawful content. Obtain the permissions needed to process and send data. Do not share response edit links or sensitive content with unauthorized recipients.
